From your organization the app reads: your media library. The app calls no outside service.

Terms

The app shows content you create yourself. No data goes to third parties in the process. You make sure the content is lawful: prices, financing examples with all mandatory details, details on consumption and CO₂, and rights to images and trademarks. The app reminds you of mandatory details but does not check whether your details are correct. We accept no liability for them and owe no legal advice. Read the full terms

Where in the portal
Apps › Vehicles › Stock. The widget is in the scene editor under Business & industry.
On this page

The Vehicles app shows your stock as an offer on your displays: the monthly rate large, the cash price small, plus a photo and the mandatory details on financing, consumption, and CO₂. You maintain each vehicle once, every widget shows it, and changes appear on all displays within seconds.

Maintain the stock

In the Stock tab, your vehicles are on the left, and Create vehicle creates one. On the right is the form of the chosen vehicle. At the top of the form it says calmly: "You are responsible for the correctness of the mandatory details." The page saves when you press the button, never by itself.

Each vehicle has:

  • Model as free text, without a manufacturer logo. The app shows no logo and no brand.
  • Condition: new car, used car, or demo car.
  • First registration as month and year, Mileage, Power in kW (the app calculates the hp), Fuel or drive, Transmission, and Color.
  • A Photo from the library.
  • The Cash price.
  • Offer of the week: The bar shows these vehicles first.
  • Show on the displays: Turn it off when a vehicle is sold. It stays in the stock.

Mandatory details

The app makes sure nothing is missing from an offer. You are responsible for the content. The obligation depends on what a vehicle shows:

  • Always: model, condition, fuel or drive, and cash price.
  • Financing example: As soon as you enter any figure of the financing, the whole block is mandatory: Nominal interest rate, Effective annual rate, Term in months, Number of installments, Monthly installment, Down payment, Net loan amount, Total amount, and Lender. The Final installment is optional. If there is no down payment, enter 0.
  • Consumption and CO₂: For a new car, the combined fuel consumption, the CO₂ emissions, and the CO₂ class are mandatory. For electric and plug-in hybrid, electricity consumption and electric range are added. A purely electric vehicle uses no fuel, so electricity consumption replaces fuel consumption.

If something is missing, the page names every missing field as a sentence, for example "The financing example is missing the nominal interest rate.", and Create vehicle or Save stays locked. The server also rejects an incomplete vehicle. Mandatory fields carry an asterisk, and the obligation moves along: If you choose new car or an electric drive, the fields for it appear.

The list marks a vehicle that lacks mandatory details with Incomplete. This applies, for example, when the rules are tightened later. Such a vehicle appears on no display.

With Calculate installment, interest and total, the page calculates the installment, the effective annual rate, and the total amount from cash price, down payment, nominal interest rate, number of installments, and final installment. Check the figures against the details of your lender.

Import from CSV

With Import from file, you read your stock from a CSV file, one row per vehicle under a header row. The app guesses the assignment of the columns from the headings, and you change it if needed. The preview shows for each row what is missing. Only rows whose details are readable and whose mandatory details are complete are imported. You choose photos from the library afterwards, vehicle by vehicle. There is no import from the exports of vehicle marketplaces.

The widget

The app brings one widget: Vehicles. It shows all vehicles of the stock or certain ones, in each case only those that are published and whose mandatory details are complete. Three displays are available:

  • Single offer: one vehicle large with photo, monthly rate, cash price, and the mandatory details at the bottom. In landscape the photo is on the left, in portrait on top. Several vehicles take turns at the pace of the setting.
  • Three side by side: three offers, each with photo, rate, and its own mandatory block. In a tall frame they stand one below the other. More than three page on.
  • Offer of the week: a bar in one line with photo, model, rate, and the mandatory details. It shows the vehicles marked Offer of the week, or the first one without a mark.

Four templates are ready: Single offer, Single offer, portrait, Three side by side, and Offer of the week. The monthly rate is large, the cash price small. The mandatory block stands at the bottom in type that stays legible from a distance, and it is never shortened. What stands around it gives way first: the label and the line with the details, then the photo. If a vehicle has no photo, a silhouette stands there. Without matching vehicles, the area stays calm.

Two examples: A dealership shows Three side by side with the offers of the month in the showroom. In the shop window stands the Offer of the week bar.

You open the settings through the gear on the bar above the widget. They are on the tabs Data, Content, Playback, and Appearance.

Limits

  • Working draft of the mandatory details. The fields and rules are a working draft and not legal advice. The app reminds you of mandatory details but does not check whether your details are correct. Have the list reviewed before you use it.
  • At most 24 vehicles per widget. The display carries at most 24 vehicles.
  • One photo per vehicle. It comes from the library, the app does not accept foreign web addresses.
  • Without a network, the last state. The display shows the offers distributed last. Photos appear only if the device has already loaded them.
  • No dealer name, no license plate. The example vehicles of the templates are invented and carry neither a dealer nor a license plate.

If something goes wrong

Symptom Cause Fix
Create vehicle or Save is locked. Mandatory details are missing. The list below the form names every missing field. Fill in the named fields. One figure of the financing makes the whole block mandatory.
A vehicle does not appear on the display. It is hidden, it is not in the selection Certain ones, or it carries Incomplete in the list. Turn on Show on the displays, check the selection, and complete the mandatory details.
In the editor No vehicle in the stock is published yet. The stock is empty or all vehicles are hidden. On the display, the area stays calm. In the Stock tab, create a vehicle and publish it.
In the editor One vehicle does not appear because mandatory details are missing. A chosen vehicle is incomplete. Complete the mandatory details in the Stock tab.
In the editor No vehicle chosen yet. Certain ones is chosen, but nothing is ticked. Tick vehicles under Selection or choose All.
The line with the details is missing. The frame is too small, and the editor names the reason. Drag the frame larger. The mandatory details stay at every size.
A row is missing from the import. The row is not readable or mandatory details are missing, and the preview names them. Complete the file or assign the columns again.
The widget cannot be placed. The app is not installed, an update waits for your decision, or it is set to Not in your package. Check the status under Apps (When an app does not run).
