# Team and account

Decide who in your team can do what, look after your own account, and set up your organization: master data, brand, your own address, and company sign-in.

## Team

Who sees which button in the portal, and how to bring people in or take them out.

## My account

Settings that apply only to you. They need no special role.

| [My account: profile, time zone, theme, and language](/organization/my-account) | Your name, your sign-in address, or your time zone is no longer correct, or you want to change theme and language. |
| [Change or reset your password](/organization/password) | You want to change your password, or you can no longer get into your account and need the way through the sign-in page. |
| [Set up two-factor sign-in](/organization/set-up-two-factor) | You secure your account with a second factor, need new recovery codes, or have lost the device that has the app. |

## Set up the organization

The details that apply to everyone: master data and appearance, the company’s sign-in method, and the record of who changed what.

| [Accounts from your employee directory (SCIM)](/organization/scim-provisioning) | Your employee directory should create the accounts in the portal, suspend them, and give them roles, instead of someone maintaining both. |
