# Video wall

The video wall joins several displays into one large picture, such as two TVs side by side in a shop window or four in a square. In the store it has a tile of its own. How to build a video wall is described in [Set up a video wall](/displays/create-video-wall).

> **Type:** app
> **For:** anyone who wants several displays to show one picture together
> **Prerequisite:** a booking for each video wall
> **Where in the portal:** **Apps** › **Discover apps** › the **Video wall** tile, then **Video walls** in the sidebar

## Enable the video wall

1. In the store, click **Book a video wall** on the **Video wall** tile and complete the order.
2. Click **Create video wall**. The **Video walls** page opens.
3. If it says **The video wall is not enabled yet**, click **Enable video wall**. Enabling is free, reads no data, and needs no permissions.

**Video walls** then appears in the sidebar, and you can build your first video wall.

## Good to know

- The video wall brings no widget and doesn't appear in **My apps**. You play content on it like on a single display.
- Each video wall is booked separately, in every package, and its displays stay booked displays.
- A video wall holds up to 4 × 4 displays, and each display belongs to at most one video wall.
- If a booking ends, existing video walls keep running. A new video wall needs a new booking.

## If something goes wrong

| Symptom | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| **Video walls** is missing from the sidebar | The video wall isn't enabled yet. | Follow the steps above. |
| “Enabling failed. Please try again.” | Enabling didn't reach us. | Try again. If it persists, contact us. |
